1. How to order ? back
--When you place the order, you can email or leave words to us your order details including style No.,quantity...and the address, telephone number for goods delivery, then we will calculate the total payment,or prepare the proforma invoice for your order.

2. How to pay ? back
--We accept Western Union, MoneyGram, and T/T bank to bank transferring. We will provide the payment method information with the proforma invoice when we receive your order.

3. How to deliver goods ? Do you provide tracking number? How long will the delivery take ? back
--Usually, we use express for goods delivery, such as EMS, AAE, DHL, UPS, FEDEX, TNT for goods delivery. They will take about 5-9 days to your side, it depends on which express service you will use.
--We will provide tracking number for each parcel after the goods is sent. Then you can check the delivery status on line.
--Normally, EMS is a little slow, it will take about 5-9 days to your side.AAE,DHL,UPS,FEDEX,TNT will take about 3-5 days to your side.
--For large order, we will provide other information like sea shipment or air shipment for goods transportation.

4. Do you ship to multiple addresses? Do you accept drop shipment / drop shipping ? back
--We accept to send goods to different addresses as you request. No matter it is in your country or abroad.

--We have new styles almost EVERY DAY. You can check our website often.
--We can keep informing you by email when we get new arrivals. You can subscribe, or leave word to us to request that.

7. If I don't want those new arrival messages,how can I unscribe it ? back
--It is easy to unscribe it. Just click the UNSCRIBE in the email you receive. We will remove your email address from our mail list within 2 hours.

8. Do you have MSN,Yahoo! messenger ? back
--Normally, we won't use those instance messenger for communicating. We face a lot of customers,and one salesman should reply hundred emails every day.For simply and efficiently working,and for good record / backup of communication, we prefer to EMAIL communication. We will reply to your email ASAP as long as we have salesmen on duty.
